Airbnb / Rental Turnover Cleaning in Ditmas Park, Brooklyn

Airbnb / Rental Turnover Cleaning for Ditmas Park Homes

A Victorian is large, finely finished and personal: original woodwork, parquet, stained glass, fine rugs, family photographs. A turnover here is less about speed than exactness. Beds are stripped and remade with fresh linens; bathrooms cleaned with non-abrasives on old tile; the kitchen sanitized and everything returned to its place; rugs vacuumed on the right setting and floors damp-mopped with a neutral product; woodwork wiped gently; trash out; toiletries and essentials restocked; rooms staged to your checklist. For a garden-level apartment under an occupied house, we come and go by its own entrance and work quietly.

We keep detailed notes for each Ditmas Park home — where things live, what not to touch, how the household likes it left — and every reset follows them, so the standard is identical whoever comes. Anything left behind, damaged or running low is noted and photographed, and the finished rooms are photographed too, so you or your house manager can approve the arrival from anywhere. Our cleaners are trusted, vetted, punctual and unobtrusive.

Resets are scheduled to the calendar — before the owner flies in, after a guest departs, between seasonal lets or monthly tenants — and for a whole house we send two cleaners. Pricing is a flat rate per turnover confirmed once we've seen the property, with no stair fee. Anything short of the standard is fixed free within 24 hours.
