Move In / Move Out Cleaning in Ditmas Park, Brooklyn

Move In / Move Out Cleaning for Ditmas Park Homes

An empty Victorian shows every one of its original details, and a buyer's inspection or a departing owner's obligation to leave it clean both take them seriously. We clean the house the way that inspection looks at it: every kitchen cabinet and drawer inside; oven, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher inside; bathroom fixtures descaled and grout scrubbed with non-abrasives on old tile; closets, built-ins and shelving wiped; light fixtures, vents and switch plates cleaned; walls spot-cleaned; every window, sill and track done; original floors damp-mopped with a neutral product and detailed into every corner — with woodwork wiped gently and nothing abrasive near an original finish.

For sellers, that means an inspection that passes without comment. For buyers, it means the kitchen you unpack into and the bathrooms you use on the first night have been cleaned to your standard, not the previous owner's. For a whole house we send a team of two or three and finish every floor in one day, including the attic and basement if you want them. Ditmas Park sales are often coordinated by a broker or attorney, and we're glad to schedule directly with them.

Nobody needs to be present — a key or a lockbox is all we need — and our cleaners are trusted, vetted and punctual. We schedule to the day after the movers or the day before the walkthrough, evenings and weekends included at no premium. The flat rate is confirmed before we arrive with no stair fee; for a house we'll ask for a few photos so the figure is exact. Anything flagged within 24 hours is re-cleaned at no charge.
