Move In / Move Out Cleaning in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn

Move In / Move Out Cleaning for Windsor Terrace Homes

We clean an empty Windsor Terrace row house the way a buyer's walkthrough inspects it: every kitchen cabinet and drawer inside; oven, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher inside; bathroom fixtures descaled and grout scrubbed; closets, built-ins and shelving wiped; light fixtures, vents and switch plates cleaned; walls spot-cleaned for the marks where furniture stood — and there are a lot of them in a house that's raised children; window interiors, sills and tracks done; the glass garden doors squeegeed; floors vacuumed, mopped and detailed into every corner on every level.

Moving in, the same clean means the house is genuinely ready before the truck arrives: cabinets before the dishes, closets before the clothes, bathrooms before the first bath — and with children coming, every handle, switch and rail wiped at their height, with fragrance-free products throughout if you'd like. Sellers get a walkthrough passed without comment.

A whole row house is a day's work for one cleaner, so we send two and finish in a single visit, scheduled to the day after the movers or the day before the closing walkthrough. Evenings and weekends carry no premium and nobody needs to be present. The flat rate is confirmed before we arrive with no stair fee, and anything flagged within 24 hours is re-cleaned free.
