Recurring Cleaning in Ditmas Park, Brooklyn

Recurring Cleaning for Ditmas Park Homes

A recurring plan is a standing appointment: the same day and arrival window every week, every other week or every month, at a rate discounted by up to 20% per visit because a maintained home needs less work each time. Every visit is a full Standard Cleaning across the whole house — kitchen and bathrooms sanitized, floors vacuumed and damp-mopped on every level, every surface dusted, mirrors and glass wiped, trash out, beds made — with detail tasks like baseboards, wainscoting, blinds, radiator covers and the inside of the microwave rotated across visits so the whole Victorian gets covered over the month.

Ditmas Park houses reward that consistency. A four-bedroom Victorian with original woodwork holds its standard on a weekly plan in a way it never quite does with occasional cleans; bi-weekly works for a smaller household. We send a team so it's done in one visit, and we keep notes on your home — the product for the parquet, the room to do first, the mantel to leave alone — so every cleaner works from them and you never explain anything twice. Continuity of cleaner isn't something we can promise, but continuity of standard is.

You don't need to be home. Most recurring clients leave a key or a lockbox code and come home to a finished house on the same day each week. There's no contract: skip a visit, pause for a trip or change frequency with a message. Being based on Cortelyou Road means an extra visit before guests or a swap to a different day is easy. Anything missed on any visit is re-cleaned free within 24 hours.

Pricing is a flat rate confirmed before we arrive — use the instant estimator for a range in seconds. For everything this service covers and how we approach it, see our Recurring Cleaning page, or read more about cleaning in Ditmas Park.
