Recurring Cleaning in Flatbush, Brooklyn

Recurring Cleaning for Flatbush Homes

Flatbush homes are often full — several generations, kids, a kitchen in use from early morning to late at night. A weekly plan suits that best; bi-weekly works for smaller households and apartments. Every visit is a full Standard Cleaning — kitchen and bathrooms sanitized, floors vacuumed and mopped, surfaces dusted, glass wiped, trash out, beds made — with detail tasks like baseboards, radiator covers, blinds and vents rotated across visits so the whole home is covered every month. For a whole two-family or a detached house we send two cleaners and do every floor in one visit.

Scheduling is where a plan earns its keep here. We hold a slot at the time that actually works — a weekday morning, a Saturday, an evening after work — at no premium for early, late or weekend hours, and it stays yours week after week. We keep notes on your home so every cleaner follows the same routine, and you don't need to be there; a key or lockbox is enough and every cleaner is trusted and vetted. There's no contract, so skipping a week or pausing is a quick message.

The rate is discounted by up to 20% per visit and locked in, and it's the same flat rate we charge in Ditmas Park — no stair fee, no distance charge. Anything missed on any visit is re-cleaned free within 24 hours, and our office on Cortelyou Road is minutes away for a swap or an extra clean before a family gathering.

Pricing is a flat rate confirmed before we arrive — use the instant estimator for a range in seconds. For everything this service covers and how we approach it, see our Recurring Cleaning page, or read more about cleaning in Flatbush.
