Airbnb / Rental Turnover Cleaning in Kensington, Brooklyn

Airbnb / Rental Turnover Cleaning for Kensington Homes

The houses and units here are family-sized, usually let by the month to households in transition, and that changes the reset. There are more beds to strip and remake, a kitchen that's been genuinely cooked in, high chairs and cribs to wipe down, and small fingerprints on every surface below waist height. We clean all of it, on every floor, with products that are safe once dry and fragrance-free if you'd prefer.

Each turnover strips and remakes every bed and crib with fresh linens, disinfects the bathrooms down to the fixtures, sanitizes the kitchen — inside the fridge and microwave included, since families use both hard — and puts the dishes away, vacuums and mops every floor including under the furniture we can move, wipes mirrors and glass, takes out the trash, restocks toiletries and paper goods, and stages the house to your checklist. We flag anything left behind — toys, chargers, a forgotten stroller — and anything damaged, and send photos when we're done.

Family turnovers of a whole house are longer than an apartment reset, so we send two cleaners and finish in the gap between departure and arrival. Evenings and weekends carry no premium, there's no stair fee, and the rate is flat per turnover once we've seen the house. Anything missed is fixed free within 24 hours.

Pricing is a flat rate confirmed before we arrive — use the instant estimator for a range in seconds. For everything this service covers and how we approach it, see our Airbnb / Rental Turnover Cleaning page, or read more about cleaning in Kensington.
