Standard Cleaning in Kensington, Brooklyn

Standard Cleaning for Kensington Homes

Kensington's semi-detached and attached houses are family homes in the fullest sense, often with three generations under one roof, a kitchen that runs from breakfast to a late dinner and a finished basement in daily use. A Standard Cleaning takes the whole house on: kitchen counters, stovetop, sink and appliance exteriors sanitized; every bathroom scrubbed and disinfected; floors vacuumed and mopped on every level with a product suited to each; surfaces dusted from shelves to baseboards; mirrors and glass wiped; trash out; beds made and rooms tidied. Two cleaners for a house, finished in one visit.

In the apartment buildings along Church Avenue and Ocean Parkway it's the same checklist in fewer rooms. In a household with children we pay particular attention to high-touch surfaces — door handles, light switches, the fridge door — and we can work entirely with fragrance-free products if you'd prefer. Every visit follows the same list plus your notes, so the standard doesn't drift.

Most Kensington families book a weekday morning after drop-off, and nobody needs to be home if you'd rather leave a key. Our cleaners are trusted and vetted, arrive within the window we agreed, and there's no stair fee. Weekly and bi-weekly plans are the norm here and save up to 20% per visit, and if something's ever missed, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back free.

Pricing is a flat rate confirmed before we arrive — use the instant estimator for a range in seconds. For everything this service covers and how we approach it, see our Standard Cleaning page, or read more about cleaning in Kensington.
