Standard Cleaning in Midwood, Brooklyn

Standard Cleaning for Midwood Homes

The detached houses around Brooklyn College and along the avenues toward Ocean Parkway are big — four or five bedrooms, several bathrooms, a finished basement, a kitchen built for a large family — and often kept by households who've been in them for decades. A Standard Cleaning here is thorough and predictable: kitchen counters, stovetop, sink and appliance exteriors sanitized; bathrooms scrubbed and disinfected; hardwood damp-mopped, tile and carpet done with what suits them; every reachable surface dusted; interior glass wiped; trash emptied; beds made and rooms tidied. Two or three cleaners, one visit.

Midwood households often have two kitchens or a kitchen in heavy use for large family meals, and we plan the visit for it — the kitchen gets the time it needs rather than a share of the clock. Every visit follows the same checklist plus whatever notes you've given us — the counter that wants a particular product, the room to do first, the study to leave alone — so the result is consistent whoever comes.

You don't need to be home; a key or a lockbox is all we need, and every cleaner is trusted and vetted. The rate is flat with no stair fee, confirmed before we arrive, and if anything falls short, tell us within 24 hours and we'll return at no charge. Our office on Cortelyou Road is a short drive north.
