Airbnb / Rental Turnover Cleaning in Midwood, Brooklyn

Airbnb / Rental Turnover Cleaning for Midwood Homes

A Midwood house let to a large family for a month is genuinely lived in: every bedroom used, both kitchens cooked in, every bathroom shared, high chairs and cribs in use, the basement full. A reset here is a bigger job than an apartment turnover and we staff it accordingly — two or three cleaners working from a checklist written for the house, so it's finished comfortably in the gap and identical every time.

Each turnover strips and remakes every bed and crib with fresh linens, disinfects every bathroom down to the fixtures, sanitizes both kitchens — inside the fridges and microwaves included — and puts the dishes away, vacuums and mops every floor including the basement, wipes mirrors and glass, takes out the trash, restocks toiletries and paper goods, and stages the house to your checklist. We flag anything left behind or damaged, and we can launder linens on site or coordinate with your linen service — a whole house's worth of linens is a real consideration.

Resets are scheduled to the calendar, with evenings and weekends at no premium and no stair fee. Pricing is a flat rate per turnover confirmed once we've seen the house, so it's the same figure every time regardless of how long it takes. Anything missed is fixed free within 24 hours.
