Standard Cleaning in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn

Standard Cleaning for Prospect Lefferts Gardens Homes

The landmarked blocks between Flatbush and Rogers hold limestone and brick row houses from around 1900 with original parquet, wood trim, stained glass and plaster moldings, alongside pre-war apartment buildings with parquet, radiator covers and old tile. A Standard Cleaning here uses a neutral soap on the wood, non-abrasives on the tile, and a soft cloth on anything with age. For a row house we cover every floor and send two cleaners; for an apartment it's one cleaner in a few hours.

Every visit sanitizes the kitchen — counters, stovetop, sink and appliance exteriors — and scrubs and disinfects each bathroom. Floors are vacuumed and damp-mopped, every reachable surface dusted from shelving down to baseboards and radiator covers, mirrors and interior glass wiped, trash taken out, beds made and living areas tidied. Your cleaner brings everything needed and follows the same checklist plus your notes every time.

PLG households range from long-tenured owners to newer arrivals, and we schedule for all of them — early mornings, evenings and weekends at the same rate. You don't need to be home; a key or a lockbox is all we need, and every cleaner is trusted and vetted. The flat rate depends on bedrooms and bathrooms only, with no stair fee, and anything missed is re-cleaned free within 24 hours.

Pricing is a flat rate confirmed before we arrive — use the instant estimator for a range in seconds. For everything this service covers and how we approach it, see our Standard Cleaning page, or read more about cleaning in Prospect Lefferts Gardens.
